Are you a hospitality leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume, and guest-focused environment? We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our upscale restaurant and continue driving our culture of excellence in service, quality, and team development.


About the Role

The General Manager will oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations, ensuring the highest standards of hospitality, food quality, and team performance. This individual will play a critical role in financial performance, staff development, and maintaining our brand reputation for exceptional guest experiences.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a team of 60+ employees, fostering a positive, professional, and performance-driven culture.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including front- and back-of-house management, staffing, scheduling, and guest relations.
  • Drive operational excellence to achieve sales goals of $5 million+ annually.
  • Manage and analyze financials, budgets, and cost controls using QuickBooks and restaurant-specific reporting tools.
  • Oversee and optimize all point-of-sale operations using Toast POS, ensuring accuracy in transactions, inventory, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with ownership and culinary leadership to enhance profitability, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
  • Recruit, train, and retain top talent while ensuring adherence to company standards and health/safety compliance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a General Manager in a high-volume, upscale or fine-dining restaurant.
  • Proven experience managing $5 million+ in annual sales.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills with experience managing 60+ employees.
  • Proficiency with Toast POS and QuickBooks is required.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • A passion for hospitality, service excellence, and operational success.
