Nationwide grocery distribution is looking for a strong leader who knows how a run a fast-paced retail and warehouse. Please apply today! RELOCATION TO ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA
VP of grocery and Retail Responsibilities:
- Traveling and overseeing a large region
- Directly supervises, oversees, guides, coaches, and mentors over 50 locations throughout the US
- Reports directly to the COO
- Responsible for the efficiency of the business, maintaining control of operations, and establishing and following company policy
VP of Grocery and Retail Qualifications:
- Experience in operating 40+ locations in the grocery and retail market
- Positive leadership with a people first mentality and an understanding of high level business functions
- A minimum of 5+ years of VP experience in the grocery and retail arena is required.
- Background in P&L, inventory control, hiring / training staff, merchandising, cash control, payroll, security / loss prevention
- Measure and report on operational performance and develop plans to improve relevant key performance indicators
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset that translates into leadership skills
VP of Grocery and Retail Benefits:
- Salary $165k to 185k
- Bonus eligibility up to $65k annually
