Nationwide grocery distribution is looking for a strong leader who knows how a run a fast-paced retail and warehouse. Please apply today! RELOCATION TO ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA

VP of grocery and Retail Responsibilities:

  • Traveling and overseeing a large region
  • Directly supervises, oversees, guides, coaches, and mentors over 50 locations throughout the US
  • Reports directly to the COO
  • Responsible for the efficiency of the business, maintaining control of operations, and establishing and following company policy

VP of Grocery and Retail Qualifications:

  • Experience in operating 40+ locations in the grocery and retail market
  • Positive leadership with a people first mentality and an understanding of high level business functions
  • A minimum of 5+ years of VP experience in the grocery and retail arena is required.
  • Background in P&L, inventory control, hiring / training staff, merchandising, cash control, payroll, security / loss prevention
  • Measure and report on operational performance and develop plans to improve relevant key performance indicators
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset that translates into leadership skills

VP of Grocery and Retail Benefits:

  • Salary $165k to 185k
  • Bonus eligibility up to $65k annually
  • Healthcare, vision, dental starts after 90 days
