Customer Service Representative Benefits and Compensation

· Full-time annualized pay $49,920 to $54,080 ($24 to $26/hr)

· Quarterly bonus potential

Customer Service Representative Requirements and Qualifications

· Customer service experience

· Strong communication and a warm phone presence

· Organized, accurate, and able to juggle multiple tasks

· Comfortable with computers and scheduling software

Key responsibilities include:

Ø Answering and routing calls

Ø Scheduling service, installs, and follow-up visits

Ø Dispatching techs and tracking parts

Ø Maintaining records, processing payments, and general office support

Ø Sending reminders and following up after service

Customer Service Representative Preferred Background and Skills

· Home-services or HVAC office experience

· Dispatch or field-service coordination

· Ability to recommend maintenance plans

· Calm, problem-solving mindset
