General Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of restaurant leadership experience, ideally in fast casual or quick-service environments

• Previous experience with burger-and-fries concepts or similar high-volume fast casual brands is strongly preferred

• Strong understanding of operational standards, food safety compliance, and inventory management

• Ability to lead and develop a team, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management

• Proven financial acumen, including budgeting, expense control, and analysis of KPIs to drive profitability

• Ready to hit the ground running – managing daily operations, guest relations, and issue resolution

• Comfortable handling cash management, overseeing service flow, and maintaining a high-quality environment

General Manager Preferred Background & Skills:

• Experience building community relationships or executing local marketing initiatives

• A leadership style that is hands-on, positive, and team-focused, with strong communication and problem-solving skills
