Restaurant Manager Requirements & Qualifications

Must be eligible for and maintain a SIDA badge required to work in the airport.
ServSafe Certification is mandatory.
Must maintain applicable state health and alcohol compliance card.

Restaurant Manager Preferred Background & Skills

Experience in a full-service upscale restaurant environment.
Strong customer and hospitality focus.
Ability to motivate employees and foster teamwork.
Excellent communication skills.
Must be able to do early mornings and late nights

Restaurant Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations, ensuring that all standards are met and exceeded.
Act as the right hand to the General Manager, supporting overall restaurant goals.
Uphold and train staff on quality and consistency processes.
Maintain visibility of the restaurant within the airport to enhance guest experience.
Lead and inspire a team to deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.
