We’re looking for a Licensed Land Surveyor (LLS) to join our team and play a key role in boundary, topographic, and ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys. This position offers the chance to work on diverse land development projects while advancing your career in a supportive, growth-focused environment.

Land Surveyor Responsibilities:

Conduct boundary, topographic & ALTA surveys
Operate GPS & total stations for accurate data collection
Process survey data & prepare reports/plans
Collaborate with project managers, engineers & clients
Lead and guide survey crews

Land Surveyor Roles:

Licensed Land Surveyor (NH) or eligible for licensure
Strong knowledge of surveying principles & NH-BOLS Standards
Skilled in modern survey instruments & software
Excellent communication & leadership skills
Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
