Kitchen Manager Qualifications:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in kitchen leadership roles
Strong tenure with no more than 2 job changes in the last 5 years
Proven experience with ordering, inventory, scheduling, and department cost controls
Culinary degree appreciated but not required

Kitchen Manager Responsibilities and Traits:

Hands-on management style
Strong attention to detail with a focus on the guest experience
Mentor and coach team members
Able to build relationships quickly and build strong teams
High energy, positive, and passionate about hospitality
