Executive Chef Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum  5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant.
  • Ability to pass SIDA badging as the restaurant is located behind security.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite and computer literate.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and respond efficiently to unanticipated problems.

Executive Chef Preferred Background & Skills

  • Conceptual understanding of American cuisine and culinary techniques.
  • Experience in managing inventory, portion control, and food costs.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on employee development and performance standards.
