Are you the kind of leader who doesn’t mind jumping in the truck, riding with your reps, cleaning up a merchandiser, or swapping out signage if that’s what the day calls for?

If so you’re exactly who we’re looking for.

A long-standing, family-driven company in the consumer goods/distribution space is searching for a hands-on Regional Sales Manager to lead a team of 20–25 field sales reps and another 10 internal sales staff across the Southeast.

This is not a “sit behind your desk” management role. You’ll be out in the field, coaching reps, building relationships with stores, and helping drive execution in grocery, convenience, and retail settings.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Ride along with reps 3+ days a week
  • Lead by example — teach, coach, motivate, and work side-by-side with your team
  • Help with resets, signage swaps, merch fixes, and customer visits
  • Roll up your sleeves during peak seasons (summer, 4th of July, Super Bowl, etc.)
  • Grow territories through new installs + better execution in existing accounts
  • Manage performance for a large, multi-state team

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of sales management experience
  • Experience working with grocery stores, c-stores, or retail chains
  • Background in merchandising, vending, DSD, or CPG a major plus
  • Ability to travel around 100 days a year
  • A humble, servant-leader mentality — someone who leads from the front
  • Strong communicator who can inspire and hold a team accountable
