An established and highly regarded hospitality group in Princeton, NJ is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead one of their premier upscale dining concepts.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated, polished, and passionate restaurant professional to join a respected organization known for outstanding cuisine, genuine hospitality, and an elevated guest experience.

What We’re Looking For

·      5–7 years of experience as a General Manager in an upscale or fine dining restaurant

·      Ambitious, organized, and a self-starter who leads by example

·      Genuine hospitality mindset with a passion for people, food, and service

·      Strong leadership and communication skills

·      Ability to forecast, budget, and analyze P&L statements to identify and act on operational opportunities

·      A critical thinker who approaches challenges with professionalism and composure
