Looking for an Executive Chef with experience in multi-outlet dining to assist some of our accounts in the Tidewater and Richmond markets.

Traveling Executive Chef Responsibilities:

Lead all aspects of kitchen operations for multiple area locations
Ability to drive and deliver results
Participate in continuous training/coaching of all BOH team members
Conduct team meetings, menu implementations etc.

Traveling Executive Chef Qualifications:

2+ years in a similar Executive Chef role.
Ability to travel and work a variety of sifts as needed.
Subject matter expert on company standards, systems and processes and ability to coach those to a wide audience
Ability to converse in Spanish is a plus.
