We are seeking an energetic and guest-focused Floor Manager to oversee daily front-of-house operations and ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience. This role works closely with the General Manager and AGM to maintain high service standards, strong communication, and operational consistency.

Floor Manager Requirements/Responsibilities:

  • 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role within a full-service restaurant
  • Oversee daily FOH operations, ensuring seamless service and adherence to brand standards
  • Lead and mentor FOH team members, including servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff
  • Conduct pre-shift meetings, communicate priorities, and promote a positive, team-oriented culture
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth communication and efficient service flow
  • Engage with guests on the floor, resolve concerns promptly, and ensure a consistent level of hospitality excellence
  • Support scheduling, labor management, and cost control initiatives in coordination with the AGM and GM
  • Monitor cleanliness, organization, and readiness of all FOH areas before, during, and after service
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and responsible alcohol service regulations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Business preferred; ServSafe and TIPS certifications required or ability to obtain upon hire
