Gerente General de Restaurante – Concepto Mexicano Moderno | Hasta $100,000 + Beneficios

Un nuevo restaurante mexicano moderno abrirá pronto — y estamos buscando un(a) Gerente General enérgico(a) y bilingüe (debe hablar español con fluidez) para liderar al equipo y construir algo verdaderamente especial.

Lo que buscamos

· Experiencia comprobada como Gerente General en un restaurante de alto volumen, servicio completo o concepto de nivel superior

· Dominio fluido del español e inglés — esencial para liderar a nuestro equipo diverso y conectar auténticamente con el personal y los clientes

· Un(a) líder práctico(a), enfocado(a) en resultados, con carisma y mentalidad de dueño(a)

· Amplia experiencia en operaciones de cocina “from scratch” (todo preparado desde cero)

· Se prefiere una combinación de experiencia en restaurantes independientes y corporativos

· Trayectoria sólida y comprobada en la entrega de excelencia
