Executive Chef Benefits & Compensation:

Competitive base salary of $100K–$110K plus achievable annual bonus

Executive Chef Requirements & Qualifications:

Minimum 3–5 years of Executive Chef or equivalent leadership experience
Background in high-volume, upscale, standalone restaurants
Strong culinary foundation in Pan-Asian / Southeast Asian–influenced cuisine
Ability to thrive in high-energy environments with late-night service, VIP traffic, celebrities, and bottle service.
Exceptional financial acumen: COGS, labor management, inventory, and P&L understanding
Calm, loyal, dependable, and genuinely hospitality-driven leadership style
Solid, stable tenure required — no more than 3 jobs in the last 5 years
