Ensuring proper food safety, sanitation, and safe work practices.
Ensure all guests are happy.
Ensure excellent food quality and help train other team members.

Exec Sous Chef Requirements

2 + Years in a Kitchen lead or supervisory position in an upscale kitchen.
Some good knowledge of food preparation methods and good creativity
A culinary degree is a plus.
Eager to prepare great food -High Energy -Must have a great attitude!
