We are a full-service high-volume sports bar and restaurant in Chattanooga, TN seeking a strong leader. Genuine hospitality-minded managers with enthusiasm for guest service, great food, and teamwork are needed. Great benefits, internal promotions, and a fun place to work! APPLY TODAY!
RESTAURANT MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS:
- History of success in developing high-performing teams
- Full-service restaurant manager with at least three years in a high-volume corporate structure
- Track record of strong leadership
- Good work tenure, no more than three jobs in the last five years
- Experience working in a full-service restaurant with high alcohol sales
- Must have at least $4 MM sales volume experience
- The training program will be away from your home market for up to 8 weeks
RESTAURANT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Hire, evaluate, and develop the staff
- P&L responsibilities
- Hands-on team leader
- Conflict resolution
- Develops and implements business strategies that are aligned with the company's brand standards
