Sales Manager – International
Join a leading manufacturer in the industrial sector as a Sales Manager – International, where you will drive growth across LPG, refrigerant, air, and industrial tank product lines in key global markets. Sales Manager – International Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field preferred.
- 3–5+ years of proven success in B2B or industrial sales, ideally in propane (LPG), pressure vessel, or related manufacturing markets.
- Multilingual abilities (Spanish, French, Arabic, etc.) to support international communication and customer relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage a geographic or product-based territory.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with experience managing complex accounts.
- CRM proficiency required (Salesforce or equivalent).
Sales Manager – International Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience working with distributors and large national or regional propane marketers is highly valued.
- Knowledge of DOT and ASME tank specifications is a plus.
Sales Manager – International Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Proactively pursue and close new business opportunities across LPG and industrial product categories.
- Manage all aspects of the sales cycle — from prospecting and lead qualification through negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with distributors, propane marketers, and industrial customers.
- Maintain accurate and timely sales forecasts by account, product line, and geography.
- Lead contract and pricing negotiations that drive profitable growth.
- Conduct regular in-person and virtual customer meetings to present products and identify growth opportunities.
This role requires significant international travel for in-person customer visits, trade shows, and distributor meetings. Candidates must be based near a major international airport and possess or be able to obtain a valid Passport for international travel.
