Join a growing automation and engineering team dedicated to designing and implementing fully automated, turn-key production systems. This is a hands-on opportunity for a Controls Engineer who thrives on developing PLC, robotic, and motion control systems within complex, multi-cell automation environments.

Automation Controls Engineer Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Computer, or related Engineering field (preferred)
- Minimum 4 years of experience in PLC programming (Allen-Bradley and Siemens)
- Proven background in factory automation, servo systems, and robotic integration
- Experience configuring and tuning VFDs, servos, and motion control components
- Working knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
- Ability to write, modify, and optimize PLC, HMI, and robotic code for new and existing systems
- Experience implementing and troubleshooting machine vision applications
- Willingness to travel 10–30% for installations, commissioning, and on-site support
- Must pass a background check and drug screen
- U.S. citizenship required
Automation Controls Engineer Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience with robotic systems such as Fanuc, ABB, or KUKA
- Familiarity with PC-based control systems and industrial communication networks (Ethernet/IP, Profinet)
- Exposure to data acquisition, SCADA, or MES systems
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
- Experience supporting machine installations, testing, and validations in manufacturing environments
