Hotel General Manager

Join a year-round boutique hotel in coastal North Carolina as a General Manager, where you will have the opportunity to lead a dedicated team and make a significant impact on the guest experience and hotel performance. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong background in financial management and a passion for hospitality.

Hotel General Manager Benefits & Compensation

Competitive base salary of $85K with bonuses after the first year.
60% health insurance coverage.

Hotel General Manager Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum 7-10 years of experience in hotel management, preferably in a boutique setting.
Strong financial management skills and knowledge.
Strong market analysis and competitive pricing abilities.
Strong OTS/Marketing abilities
Proven track record of increasing revenue.
Ability to take ownership of the role and lead effectively.

Hotel General Manager Preferred Background & Skills

Experience with Room Master software (training provided).
Familiarity with inventory management.

Hotel General Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Lead, train, and motivate a team to deliver exceptional service.
Manage daily operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards.
Conduct market analysis to inform pricing strategies and improve competitiveness.
Oversee inventory accuracy and management.
Walk the hotel grounds to ensure guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
