Hotel General Manager

Join a year-round boutique hotel in coastal North Carolina as a General Manager, where you will have the opportunity to lead a dedicated team and make a significant impact on the guest experience and hotel performance. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong background in financial management and a passion for hospitality.

Hotel General Manager Benefits & Compensation

  • Competitive base salary of $85K with bonuses after the first year.

Hotel General Manager Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in hotel management, preferably in a boutique setting.
  • Strong financial management skills and knowledge.
  • Strong market analysis and competitive pricing abilities.
  • Strong OTS/Marketing abilities
  • Proven track record of increasing revenue.
  • Ability to take ownership of the role and lead effectively.

Hotel General Manager Preferred Background & Skills

  • Experience with Room Master software (training provided).
  • Familiarity with inventory management.

Hotel General Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and motivate a team to deliver exceptional service.
  • Manage daily operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards.
  • Conduct market analysis to inform pricing strategies and improve competitiveness.
  • Oversee inventory accuracy and management.
  • Walk the hotel grounds to ensure guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
