What You’ll Bring

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in safety, risk management, or EHS leadership (construction or manufacturing industry preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (advanced degree a plus) preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of OSHA standards, workers’ compensation programs, and industry best practices for job site safety and compliance
  • Recognized certifications such as CSP, ASP, CHST, CSHO, or equivalent (preferred)
  • Proven ability to design, implement, and lead safety and risk management programs that reduce incidents and drive continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication, training, and leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regionally to job sites as needed (approx. 25%)
  • Ability and willingness to relocate to Tennessee

Why You’ll Love This Role

  • Competitive salary (commensurate with experience)
  • Bonus opportunities for strong performance
  • Company vehicle + fuel card
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and 401(k)
  • Direct influence over safety culture and risk mitigation strategy across the organization
  • A collaborative, values-driven leadership team
  • Long-term career growth within a financially stable, well-established company

If you’re ready to lead from the front—building programs, people, and processes that protect teams and elevate performance—this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact with a respected industry leader.
