Assistant Director of Restaurants

We’re seeking an experienced, hands-on Assistant Director of Restaurants to support the leadership of daily dining operations, elevate guest experience, and help grow a high-performing front-of-house team.

What You’ll Do

Lead, coach, and develop front-of-house staff; model a positive, service-first culture.
Create exceptional guest experiences through warm hospitality, seamless service, and attention to detail.
Partner closely with restaurant leaders and culinary teams for strong communication and smooth operations.
Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, payroll, and service standards.
Maintain a strong presence on the floor—monitor service flow, solve problems, and ensure an “always guest-ready” environment.
Support daily operations, including opening/closing shifts, reservation flow, and special events.
Track performance metrics (revenue, guest satisfaction, engagement) and identify opportunities to improve.

What You Bring

5+ years progressive restaurant management experience; high-touch, premium environment preferred.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team-development skills.
Passion for hospitality and building genuine guest relationships.
Positive, energetic presence with a hands-on approach.
Driven, organized, and comfortable balancing both operations and service.

Schedule & Compensation

Full-time, typically 45–55 hours/week, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
Salary: $75,000–$85,000
Benefits include medical/dental/vision, paid parental leave, 401(k) match, PTO, complimentary meals, holiday bonus, and access to select club amenities.
