Executive Chef

Join a respected restaurant group as an Executive Chef, where you will lead a talented culinary team in an upscale Latin-style dining environment. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your creativity and leadership skills while making a significant impact on the restaurant's success.

Executive Chef Benefits & Compensation

Competitive salary in the $95K–$115K range.
Eligible for quarterly bonuses.

Executive Chef Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a made-from-scratch environment, specifically with South American or Latin cuisine.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
High energy and a hands-on approach to kitchen management.

Executive Chef Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Oversee all daily back-of-the-house operations and assist with menu creation.
Ensure adherence to the company’s high-quality methods, standards, and policies.
Train, coach, and develop staff to foster teamwork and a positive culture.
Engage with guests, employees, peers, and company leadership in a friendly and approachable manner.
Manage costs effectively and collaborate with the General Manager to achieve revenue and profit goals.
