Our client’s fast-growing and well-established specialty construction company seeks a strategic and hands-on Director of Risk Management & Quality Assurance. The organization delivers complex structural projects across commercial, industrial, and multi-use spaces. From pre-construction planning through final closeout, this leader ensures the highest standards of quality, safety, and risk management while supporting a culture of excellence and accountability.

Director of Risk Management & Quality Assurance Minimum Requirements:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in safety, quality, or risk management (construction or manufacturing industry preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree a plus
- Deep experience working with AISC Certified Erector Standards, OSHA, and industry compliance programs- REQUIRED
- Recognized professional certifications (CSP, ASP, CHST, or equivalent) preferred
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Proven ability to implement and oversee quality management and safety systems
- Valid driver’s license in good standing and willingness to visit field locations
- Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future
