We are a successful Minnesota based restaurant group looking for a Controller. You will lead financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and analysis across all locations, providing actionable insights to drive profitability and streamline operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage budgets and forecasts.
• Perform variance analysis and project sales.
• Prepare financial reports and analyze P&L statements.
• Monitor food, beverage, and labor costs.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and assist with audits.
• Develop financial models for new store openings and evaluate marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

• No CPA required for this role, but experience with Restaurant 365 software is mandatory.
• 3–4 years of finance experience, ideally in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of restaurant economics and advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to communicate financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
