We are a successful Minnesota based restaurant group looking for a Controller. You will lead financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and analysis across all locations, providing actionable insights to drive profitability and streamline operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage budgets and forecasts.
Perform variance analysis and project sales.
Prepare financial reports and analyze P&L statements.
Monitor food, beverage, and labor costs.
Ensure compliance with financial policies and assist with audits.
Develop financial models for new store openings and evaluate marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

No CPA required for this role, but experience with Restaurant 365 software is mandatory.
3–4 years of finance experience, ideally in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
Strong understanding of restaurant economics and advanced Excel skills.
Ability to communicate financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
