Looking for an Operations Leader for our full service concept. Someone that brings very high standards and is a culture builder who can deliver on all business objectives.
VP of Ops Responsibilities:
- Travel portfolio often to gather first hand observations on status of operations
- Staff, coach and develop Area Leaders and their teams.
- Collaborate closely with other Departments to seamlessly integrate Operations with other key stakeholders
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through service and product delivery and incorporating guest feedback into process improvements.
- Role model the highest standards.
VP of Ops Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in full service restaurant operations
- Proven experience leading multi unit leaders and overseeing a portfolio of 70+ locations
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management strongly preferred
- Ability to drive results in a deadline driven, fast paced environment
- Strong financial acumen and ability to grasp potential opportunities to deliver strategic business victories.
VP of Ops Compensation & Benefits:
- A base salary of $175-$200K per year
- Strong incentive program based on restaurants success
