Architect and Designer Services Representative

Architect and Designer Services Representative Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in architectural or design services or a related area
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural plans (blueprints) within 90 days of hire
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and percentages
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time

Architect and Designer Services Representative Preferred Background & Skills:

  • Experience with Construction Specification Institute (CSI) and participation in local chapters
  • Certifications such as CDT or LEED are a plus
  • Strong project management, organization, and time management skills
  • Ability to engage effectively with clients and present information clearly
  • Enthusiastic, self-starter with a positive attitude and strong desire to succeed
  • Familiarity with the painting contractor industry and product specifications
