Architect and Designer Services Representative

Architect and Designer Services Representative Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in architectural or design services or a related area
- Ability to read and interpret architectural plans (blueprints) within 90 days of hire
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and percentages
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
Architect and Designer Services Representative Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience with Construction Specification Institute (CSI) and participation in local chapters
- Certifications such as CDT or LEED are a plus
- Strong project management, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to engage effectively with clients and present information clearly
- Enthusiastic, self-starter with a positive attitude and strong desire to succeed
- Familiarity with the painting contractor industry and product specifications
