Residential Real Estate Closer
A well-established law firm is seeking a full-time Residential Real Estate Closer with 5+ years of experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned closer who enjoys a collaborative environment and wants to join a team with strong benefits and long-term stability.
Responsibilities:
- Order title examinations, payoffs, HOA estoppel letters, utility bills, and tax information
- Prepare title commitments and work with attorneys to resolve title issues
- Input figures into SoftPro system to generate CD/settlement statements
- Calculate property taxes for newly constructed homes using county millage rates
- Maintain consistent communication with assigned closer and attorney on transaction status
- Keep an active real estate calendar updated
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of residential closing experience
- Strong knowledge of standard closing practices with ability to work independently from day one
- Proficiency in SoftPro Select
- Team-oriented, customer-focused, and detail-driven
