This leader will play a key role in shaping an engaging guest experience, cultivating talent, and fostering a culture where both guests and team members feel valued. The Restaurant Manager will drive consistency, inspire hospitality, and create lasting impressions that embody the distinctive identity of Max Hospitality.

• Earn PTO from day one: 16 days each calendar year (prorated based on start date). After 5 years, PTO increases to 21 days.

Minimum of 2 years previous sous chef experience required, in a fine/upscale dining establishment a plus, 2+ years management experience, and a culinary degree preferred. Great working environment.
