We are seeking a talented and experienced Business Intelligence Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing data-driven solutions that enable business growth and informed decision-making. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our company's data analytics infrastructure, including data warehousing, ETL processes, and reporting tools.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement efficient and scalable ETL processes to transform and load data from various sources into our data warehouse.
Design and develop data models that support our company's analytical and reporting needs.
Develop and maintain reporting and visualization tools that provide insights into key business metrics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements and develop solutions to meet those requirements.
Continuously monitor and improve the performance and scalability of our data analytics infrastructure.
Develop and maintain documentation of data sources, data models, ETL processes, and reporting tools.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in developing and implementing data-driven solutions using ETL processes, data warehousing, and reporting tools.
Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server.
Experience with data modeling and schema design.
Experience with one or more business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
