A premier wellness and spa facility is seeking a results-driven Spa Manager to oversee daily operations and lead service department teams. This role is ideal for a passionate leader with a strong background in wellness services, staff management, and customer experience. The Spa Manager will play a key role in creating a high-quality, efficient, and welcoming environment for all guests.

Spa Manager Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations across all spa service departments
  • Hire, train, schedule, and lead spa staff and service teams
  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences and resolve service issues
  • Manage budgets, payroll, inventory, and cost control
  • Implement promotions and strategies to drive revenue

Spa Manager Requirements

  • Proven experience in spa, hospitality, or wellness management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Knowledge of spa operations, staffing, and service delivery
  • Ability to manage financials including payroll and inventory
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
