Lender – Business Development Officer

Salary: $80,000–$100,000 base plus bonus incentives

Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lender – Business Development Officer to develop a book of business- both loans and deposits. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of underwriting and be personable, very driven, and proactive about growing their client base.

Qualifications

Minimum of five years of banking or business development experience required in the Denver Metro area
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field or equivalent experience preferred
Strong knowledge of loan underwriting, business development, and processing procedures
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
