Vice President of Business Development – Remote

Vice President of Business Development Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in corporate event management business development or sales leadership
  • Proven track record of securing large-scale accounts and driving revenue growth
  • Executive-level experience in leading and scaling business development operations
  • Strong strategic thinking and results-driven approach
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency with Apple products, Canva, Adobe, Microsoft Office suite, and CRM systems
  • Ability to produce a minimum of 2 million in new clients/acquisitions annually
  • Experience in tracking and reporting business development activities and performance metrics

Vice President of Business Development Preferred Background & Skills:

  • Experience in a fast-paced, competitive environment
  • Process-oriented mindset with a focus on optimizing business development practices
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in marketing materials
  • Adaptable, resourceful, and a quick learner
  • Ability to provide real-life examples of successfully closing new business, including strategies implemented, challenges faced, and measurable outcomes
  • Willingness to provide three references: two professional and one personal
