Our celebrated hotel is looking for the next evolution of leadership in a General Manager to inspire our team. We are looking for a servant leader with a high-end, independent hotel experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and accommodation for all guests, front and back of the house. This person will have a healthy admiration for the local culture and its preservation!

Hotel General Manager Qualifications:

  • 4+ years as General Manager in a boutique or luxury hotel
  • Strong leadership and love of mentoring team members
  • Budgeting, forecasting and P&L experience a must
  • CapEx development and management
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to lead all disciplines
