General Manager – High-Volume, Entertainment-Driven Bar & Restaurant
Join a leading hospitality group that operates a full-service restaurant and bar in the vibrant downtown district of San Antonio. We are seeking a General Manager who excels in operational leadership and is dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

General Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience as a General Manager in full-service, casual dining
- Experience in entertainment-driven restaurants, themed venues, or high-volume bars is preferred
- Proven track record of managing and developing large teams (50–70+ staff)
- Strong financial leadership with hands-on experience overseeing full P&L and operational controls in restaurants with $5MM+ in annual revenue
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-traffic environments with unpredictable volume
- Demonstrated commitment to service excellence and team culture
- Stable employment history: 2+ years in current/last role, no more than 2 employers in the last 5 years
General Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience in both corporate and independent hospitality settings
- High-energy personality with a passion for people and service
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate on events, live entertainment, and promotions
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs (occasionally 50 lbs)
