Assistant General Manager Compensation & Benefits:

Assistant General Manager Requirements:
- 2-3 years of Manager experience with a staff of 30 or more
- Sales volume experience of $2 million+ annually
- Financial/P&L awareness with the ability to help identify and correct cost area opportunities
