We are seeking a passionate and results-driven General Manager to lead a high-volume, guest-focused restaurant concept. This role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact by leading operations, developing teams, and driving financial success while creating an exceptional guest experience.

General Manager Benefits and Compensation:

  • Base salary: $60,000 – $75,000

General Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of management experience in the hospitality, food service, or retail industry
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Experience with P&L, budgeting, and financial performance management
  • Ability to motivate and coach staff in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work a full-time schedule, including weekends
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed

Must Haves:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction
  • Lead recruitment, training, and retention of team members
  • Develop and mentor managers to uphold company standards and values
  • Manage scheduling, labor, and inventory to optimize operations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, as well as federal, state, and local regulations
  • Drive a positive work culture that supports employee engagement and high performance

General Manager Preferred Background & Skills:

  • Prior experience managing a high-volume QSR, fast casual, or full-service restaurant
  • Track record of improving financial performance through cost management and revenue growth
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
  • Passion for delivering outstanding guest service
  • Experience implementing and maintaining operational standards across multiple shifts
