Director of Rooms – Jackson Hole, WY
Join a prestigious 4-diamond property located at the base of the Tetons, attracting guests from around the world. The Director of Rooms will play a crucial role in overseeing Front Desk, Housekeeping, Concierge, and Bell and Valet staff operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and seamless departmental coordination.

Director of Rooms Requirements & Qualifications:
- Knowledge and real-world experience in Forbes 5-star standards
- Previous experience in hotel/resort operations, preferably in full-service, upscale independent properties
- Proven ability to manage day-to-day operations across multiple departments
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and monthly planning
- Ability to adhere to staffing and budget guidelines
- Commitment to maintaining service standards and guest satisfaction
- Willingness to regularly inspect public areas, guestrooms, and back-of-house spaces
- Leadership skills to supervise staff performance, attendance, and conduct
