Hotel General Manager Requirements:

5+ years of experience as a Full Service Hotel General Manager (350+ rooms)
Experience leading an in-house/on-site sales team
Multi-property operations experience with Marriott or Hilton
Strong knowledge of financials, and passionate about team and guest satisfaction

Hotel General Manager Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of both properties – not limited to front office, housekeeping, F&B, sales and engineering.
Lead and develop the team with integrity to ensure brand standards are achieved consistently.
Maintain a memorable guest experience from check-in to check-out.
Implement best practices that elevate guest satisfaction and foster a culture
Prepare budgets, forecast revenue and partner on marketing initiatives to achieve goals.
Conduct regular property audits, inspections and evaluations.

Hotel General Manager Benefits:

Excellent base pay -$160,000. – $175,000.00
