Our luxurious boutique hotel nestled in stunning Jackson Hole, Wyoming, is seeking a talented Front Office Manager. If you are passionate about luxury service, exceeding guest expectations, and eager to grow in your career, we want to hear from you!
Front Office Manager Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of guest-facing hospitality experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Experience in a boutique or luxury hotel setting; knowledge and real-world experience of Forbes 5-star standards is required.
- Proven ability to oversee all aspects of Front Desk, Concierge, Reservations, and Bell Services.
- Strong leadership skills with a keen sense for hiring, training, and coaching high-performing teams.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- High level of conscientiousness and attention to detail.
- Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field is preferred.
