We are looking for a Director of Operations for our Dallas Based Restaurant Group. Director of Operations Qualifications and Responsibilities 

  • Must have upscale, multi-unit experience leading an upscale restaurant group or restaurants. 
  • Must have had experience working their way up in the restaurant business.
  • Must have a passion for hospitality, food and beverage. 
  • Must have a hands-on approach, willing to work side by side with the team.
  • Must have excellent organization and communications skills.
  • Must have high integrity and the ability to uphold standards.
  • Must have excellent training and talent development experience and track record.  
  • Must have strong financial acumen, able to ensure goals are clear, achievable and are achieved. 
  • Must have a strong track record of success with health department, food safety and responsible alcohol service.
  • Must have or be able to get Food Manager Certification, Tips Certification, and TABC Certification. 

Director of Operations Preferred Background and Skills 

  • Creativity and an understanding of dining trends. 
  • Wine or beverage certifications are a plus.
  • Restaurant experience is a must, restaurant and hotel experience is a plus.
  • Experience with food safety training / beverage safety training
  • Track record of taking existing training material, retraining and religiously enforcing standards and processes.
