Our client is a contractor supply distributor looking for a Spanish Speaking Store Manager for their retail location in San Jose, CA. We're looking for a high-energy candidate, distinctly collaborative, highly likable, extremely organized, multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and leadership experience.

Store hours are Mon-Sat 6:30 am – 4pm. Store Manager will be required to work every other Saturday.

Store Manager Salary and benefits:

  • Salary of $90 – 100k with $2k Signing Bonus!

Store Manager Requirements

  • Must be fluent in Spanish
  • 3+ years of Store Manager Experience or 5+ years in an Assistant Store Manager role
  • Experience with managing a budget including labor, and team sales goals
  • Ability to manage all aspects of the property including warehouse, retail floor and company vehicles.
  • Ability to work in the warehouse including operation of forklifts and other heavy equipment as needed

Store Manager Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of the store and warehouse including inventory controls
  • Train, supervise, motivate, and evaluate counter staff, drivers, and warehouse personnel
  • Fostering a customer-first environment
  • Maintain and develop strong working relationships with employees, customers, and vendors
  • Monitor operational expenses and manage to specified budgets (weekly and monthly) and exceed store sales and margin goals
