Our client is a contractor supply distributor looking for a Spanish Speaking Store Manager for their retail location in San Jose, CA. We're looking for a high-energy candidate, distinctly collaborative, highly likable, extremely organized, multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and leadership experience.

Store hours are Mon-Sat 6:30 am – 4pm. Store Manager will be required to work every other Saturday.

Store Manager Salary and benefits:

Salary of $90 – 100k with $2k Signing Bonus!
100% Health Insurance coverage for employee
SIMPLE IRA Retirement Plan (3% Company Match)
PTO/Holiday/Vacation

Store Manager Requirements

Must be fluent in Spanish
3+ years of Store Manager Experience or 5+ years in an Assistant Store Manager role
Experience with managing a budget including labor, and team sales goals
Ability to manage all aspects of the property including warehouse, retail floor and company vehicles.
Ability to work in the warehouse including operation of forklifts and other heavy equipment as needed

Store Manager Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of the store and warehouse including inventory controls
Train, supervise, motivate, and evaluate counter staff, drivers, and warehouse personnel
Fostering a customer-first environment
Maintain and develop strong working relationships with employees, customers, and vendors
Monitor operational expenses and manage to specified budgets (weekly and monthly) and exceed store sales and margin goals
