Rapidly growing shell construction company in Central Florida is seeking an experienced Shell Construction Superintendent for their Tampa market!

Shell Construction Superintendent Requirements:

Local in the Tampa, FL market
5+ years in structural/shell construction (concrete, slab, masonry, framing, waterproofing)
Experience with residential projects, including custom homes
Deep knowledge of structural systems, including rebar installation, concrete pours, formwork, and site utilities
Ability to read/interpret construction plans, manage large crews, and sequence subcontractors efficiently
Experience in managing, reporting, and safety protocols
Strong leadership presence and common sense
Genuine care for team and company
Valid driver's license

Shell Construction Superintendent Preferred Background and Skills:

OSHA certification
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management
