We are assisting a leading global provider of mission-critical infrastructure in the search for an HR Business Partner to support their engineering, construction, and telecommunications business unit. This is a strategic HR role reporting to the VP of HR.

HR Business Partner – Telecom & Low Voltage Infrastructure Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders on talent management, workforce planning, and employee relations.
  • Drive engagement, retention, and career development initiatives.
  • Lead recruitment efforts and support SBU recruiting team.
  • Provide HR guidance on performance management, succession planning, and compliance.
  • Analyze HR metrics to support data-driven business decisions.

HR Business Partner – Telecom & Low Voltage Infrastructure Qualifications:

  • 7+ years progressive HR experience in engineering, construction, or telecom environments.
  • Proven expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic HR skills.
  • HR certification preferred (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP).

  • Salary $110k – $125k (Based on experience)
