Seeking a professional and personable Receptionist to join a growing legal team. As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming, organized, and efficient front office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls promptly and courteously.
- Manage conference room scheduling and client appointments.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier requests.
- Assist attorneys and staff with administrative tasks, including scanning, filing, and data entry.
- Maintain a tidy, organized reception area and common spaces.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or client-facing role (experience in a law firm or professional services environment preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional phone presence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) and general office technology.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive and confidential information.
