Restaurant General Manager Requirements and Qualifications:

Presents a strong financial acumen for a high volume location
Scratch Kitchen experience with seasonal menus
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail
Proven PDR and large event execution

Restaurant General Manager Preferred Background and Skills:

Experience in community outreach and neighborhood programs
A passion for a variety of wines
Ability to be the "face" of the building with a large regular clientele
