Restaurant General Manager Requirements and Qualifications:
- Presents a strong financial acumen for a high volume location
- Scratch Kitchen experience with seasonal menus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Proven PDR and large event execution
Restaurant General Manager Preferred Background and Skills:
- Experience in community outreach and neighborhood programs
- A passion for a variety of wines
- Ability to be the "face" of the building with a large regular clientele
