If you are an Executive Chef with a strong passion for food integrity, love to work with the freshest local ingredients, love to make everything from scratch, and want to work in a high-end environment where you are free to express your creativity, then we want to talk to you! This is for a Pub-style restaurant by Dupont Circle that is expanding to a larger location and few blocks away.

Executive Chef Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Executive Chef or CDC level experience in an upscale,
  • High-volume; fast-paced environment experience of $2 million in sales
  • Strong organizational leadership and knowledge of cost control systems
  • Ability to create menus and training staff to implement them properly
