The National Food Program Manager is responsible for overseeing, developing, and managing our national food program and in-house team for festivals and offsite events to ensure efficiency, compliance, and quality. This role involves working with various stakeholders, including clients, government agencies and food vendors to enhance food offerings and program effectiveness to generate exceptional fan experience and client satisfaction.

Food Program Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree
- At least 5 years of proven leadership experience in a food and beverage setting
- Extensive knowledge health codes
- Excellent math, communication, and organizational skills
- Demonstrated effective supervisory and team management abilities
- Must pass background check
- Willingness to travel to festival sights over multiple days to ensure seemless execution of events/festivals
Food Program Manager Preferred Background & Skills
- Off Sight catering experience service hundreds of guests
- Ability to operate autonomously and manage time efficiently
- Proven leadership experience with a large staff
- Vendor and client relationship experience (wearing multiple hats)
